Under textile machinery Machinery Brands - TRUTZSCHLER, RIETER, KTTM (TOYOTA), LAKSHMI, SAVIO are the chosen partners to achieve consistent quality of our products.

Complimenting core machinery, in utilities, we have more than 100% back up in each of the service, with multitude of resource partners – NIGATTA, SKODA, CATERPILLAR, KIRLOSKAR, ELGI, HITACHI, GAMESA, GOLDI to name few. Gamesa & GOLDI are our GREEN ENERGY partners with a fair share of our energy met from our own windfarm & solar farms.

Technical Resources

Digital monitoring at every stage forms part of our manufacturing base – comprising of Trutzschler, Lakshmi & Annai Bale pluckers, Automated Blow room lines with Line commander controller, NESTLING PICO & VETAL contamination scanning, Current generation TRUTZSCHLER TC cards, RIETER, LAKSHMI & SUPER A/L draw frames, LAKSHMI combers, Stretch controlled speed frames, Suessen Elite Compact attachment, Auto doffing RFs of KTTM, LAKSHMI & ASPIRE doffers & SAVIO auto winders with USTER & LOEPFE QMS.

Realtime data capturing and monitoring is achieved with PREMIER ULTIMO, HONEYBEE production data loggers, EL MEASURE energy monitoring besides customised ERP system.

Our ply yarn capacity is 30000 ring twisting spindles, installed inhouse and further expansion slated in TFO twisters.
